“I stayed in the apartment for 3 months, and that was a very pleasant experience.
I liked the professionalism of the staff representing the landlord, whether it was getting quick response to my enquires, drawing short-term contract and getting invoices, or solving any other practical problem. From start to end it went incredibly smoothly and absolutely trouble free.
The apartment is nicely and sufficiently furnished in a modern style and well equipped with household articles, tools and appliances. I hardly missed anything or experienced any difficulty in my everyday life.
Though the very best about the apartment is its location - with two dozen restaurants and cafés within a 100 m radius, shops and supermarkets around the corner, and just 200 m to Vienna underground station (U-bahn) “Folkstheater”. It takes just 5 minutes from the apartment to work to MuseumsQuartier (MQ), 10 minutes to the shopping universe of Mariahilferstrasse and 15 minutes to the Empirial Hofburg Palace and its beautiful gardens. The trips around the city centre were the highlight of the stay, which I will never forget”.
